Thing 8

Ok i think I embedded... THIS is new for me. I don't really see the difference between this and copying a URL but whatever. This si the video I was talking abou that I commented on. I actually already posted this to Facebook too. Geek. Haha.

Thing... 7 I think, you tube

SO I had some real difficulty getting signed in to this site because my sister in law is also named Jennifer Sarafin and she's all over the internet too... which is a PAIN. I always go on to You Tube but I never created an account before... I don't think. That's the other thing, I need a document for all of these usernames and passwords!
Anyway, I posted a comment on a live clip from one of my favorite bands. It was funny because after I found the clip, which really moved me, I noticed that the person who posted it posted in dedication to a special person named Jennifer.... who knows? Maybe a friend of mine from the past. :-)
So, thi swas kind of strange because I searched the term "life" and this was oneof the first pics that I saw that interested me. My father passed a few years ago and I returned to Virginia over Christmas break to see my Aunt which is where he lived. My mother and I took a long ride around the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains (which is where we lived with my Father when I was young) and I took my camera. We stopped on a dirt road and saw all of these beautiful Deer in a clearing in the woods and one of them let me get out of the car and get sort of close and take its picture. It certainly wasn't this good but my father really loved the country and he loved Deer so it was sort of a nice moment. I brought some of the pictures home to print for my son's room. I thought that just typing the phrase "life" and bringing me to this was kinda neat.

Thing 5

Well, I am actually a Flicker member now. My students will be so proud! They always ask me if I want tot see their Flicker account and I decline because I am afraid, frankly, of what I might find! I already have a Snapfish account which is generally the same thing supported by HP where you can order prints and such.
I mostly love the concept because your photos take up SOOO much space on your computer and it slows it down a lot. This way you can keep your computer running more efficiently. I would still back them up on a flash drive though.
